Dometic talks €314 million five-year PIK toggle notes to yield 9½%-9¾%

Portland, Ore., June 19 – Dometic Group AB talked its €314 million offering of five-year senior PIK toggle notes (Caa2/CCC+) to yield 9½% to 9¾%, according to a market source.

The roadshow was scheduled to wrap up Thursday.

Joint bookrunner Goldman Sachs International will bill and deliver. Nordea is also a joint bookrunner.

DNB Markets, Handelsbanken Capital Markets, SEB and Swedbank are the co-managers.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes come with two years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt.

Dometic is a Solna, Sweden-based provider of products for recreational, commercial and passenger vehicles, including refrigerators and air conditioners.
