Moody's boosts Dollarama

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded the corporate family and probability of default ratings of Dollarama Group Holdings LP to Ba3 from B1.

Concurrently, Moody's said it said it said it upgraded Dollarama's senior subordinate rating to B2 from B3 and its speculative-grade liquidity rating to SGL-2 from SGL-3.

Finally, Moody's said it said it said it affirmed the Ba1 senior secured rating of Dollarama's subsidiary, Dollarama Group LP, adding that the rating action reflects Moody's view that Dollarama is likely to sustain the material improvement in its capital structure following the completion of an initial public offering by Dollarama's parent, Dollarama Inc.

The outlook is stable.
