Moody's: Dole Food view developing

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the B1 corporate family rating and other ratings for Dole Food Co., Inc. and changed the outlook to developing from stable.

Moody's said the outlook change follows the company's first quarter earnings release and announcement, published after the market close on Thursday, that it initiated a comprehensive strategic review of its businesses seeking to enhance shareholder value.
