DNB Bank sets talk for two tranches of notes due 2025, 2028

Los Angeles, Sept. 23 – DNB Bank ASA plans to price a two-part offering of notes, according to a market source.

A tranche due Sept. 30, 2025 is talked in the Treasuries plus 50 basis points to 55 bps area, and a tranche due March 30, 2028 is talked in the Treasuries plus 90 bps area.

Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets LLC are the bookrunners.

The financial services company is based in Oslo.
