Los Angeles, May 19 – DNB ASA priced $1 billion of 1.535% five-year notes at a spread of Treasuries plus 72 basis points on Tuesday, according to a market source.
Price talk was in the Treasuries plus 90 bps to 95 bps area, as previously reported.
Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and TD Securities were the bookrunners.
The financial services company is based in Oslo.
