DMC Beverage prices $4 million initial public sale of stock at $0.50

Self-underwritten deal sells 8 million of the company's common shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 27 - DMC Beverage Corp. priced its $4 million initial public offering of stock, according to a Form S-1 filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will sell 8 million common shares at $0.50 per share on a self-underwritten basis.

Settlement is expected Dec. 31, 2014.

Proceeds will be used to add personnel to expand the company's business and for working capital needs.

The Parker, Colo., company offers a blended juice beverage product line called CoolJuice.
