Camden Learning investors report 26.5% stake following stock purchases

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 7 - Camden Learning Corp. investors led by Camden Learning, LLC purchased 503,187 shares of the company's stock for $7.82 to $7.91 each between Sept. 3 and Sept. 21, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors also paid $51,142 to purchase warrants for 166,600 shares. The exercise price is $5.50 per share.

The investors own 2,174,021 shares, or about 26.5%, of the company's common stock and warrants to purchase 3,179,100 shares.

Camden Learning is a Baltimore-based blank check company. It plans to merge with privately held Dlorah, Inc., the Rapid City, S.D.-based operator of National American University, in November.

The investors plan to vote in favor of the merger, according to the filing.
