DBRS confirms Dividend Growth
DBRS said it confirmed the rating on the preferred shares of Dividend Growth Split Corp. at Pfd-3 following the completion of a merger of the company with Brompton Equity Split Corp.
On May 18, Brompton Funds announced the completion of the merger of Brompton Equity and Dividend Growth, the agency said.
