Digerati postpones Dishon interest sale bid deadlines, auction date

By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, May 15 - Digerati Technologies, Inc.'s stalking horse deadline, bid deadline and auction date for the sale of its equity interests in Dishon Disposal, Inc. have been postponed, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Specifically, the deadline for submitting stalking horse bids was postponed by two weeks to 6 p.m. ET on May 29, the bid deadline to no more than five days after the stalking horse bid selection is announced and the auction to no more than five days after the bid deadline.

The dates related to the sale of Digerati's interests in Hurley Enterprises, Inc. remain unchanged, the notice said.

Digerati trustee William R. Greendyke said the dates related to the Dishon interest sale were postponed in light of discussions with stalking horse bidder candidates and information learned through the due diligence process.

Digerati is a Stafford, Texas, diversified holding company with operating subsidiaries in the oil field services and cloud communications industries. The company filed for bankruptcy on May 30, 2013 under Chapter 11 case number 13-33264.
