New Issue: Dickinson ISD, Texas, prices $56 million of school bonds

New York, July 15 – The Dickinson Independent School District of Texas sold $56 million of series 2014 unlimited tax schoolhouse bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aaa/AAA/) were sold competitively. The issuer did not respond to requests for the winning bidder Tuesday.
The bonds are due 2016 to 2038 with term bonds due in 2041 and 2044. The serial coupons range from 4% to 5%. The 2041 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 101.025, and the 2044 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 100.787.
Proceeds will be used to construct, acquire and equip school facilities within the district.
