New York, Aug. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $828,000 of autocallable yield notes due Aug. 28, 2024 linked to the common stock of Diamondback Energy, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 12.5%, paid quarterly.
The securities will be called automatically at par if the closing price of the underlying stock is greater than or equal to its initial price on any quarterly review date starting Feb. 23, 2023.
If the stock finishes at or above 50% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
