Offering is expected to fund exploration and general working capital

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 28 - Diamond Fields International Ltd. said it took in C$1.13 million in a private placement of stock on Nov. 25. The offering priced on Nov. 24.
The company sold 8,355,556 shares at C$0.135 per share. Of the shares, 5,555,556 were sold to insiders.
The price per share is a 20.59% discount to the Nov. 23 closing share price of C$0.17.
Proceeds will be used to advance the company's exploration projects and for general working capital.
Diamond Fields is a marine diamond producer based in Cape Town, South Africa.
