Fitch affirms Dialog Telekom

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the national long-term rating of Sri Lanka-based Dialog Telekom Ltd. at AAA(lka).

The outlook is stable.

The rating reflects Dialog's leading position in Sri Lanka's cellular-mobile space with a subscriber share of about 60%, robust growth and strong operating cash flow generation, Fitch said

The rating also considers recent and impending investments that will transform the company into a fully diversified telecom services provider, although Fitch noted that those investments do have risk.
