Diagnos cancels plans for C$1.5 million private placement of units

Offer consisted of 30 million units of a share, a half-share warrant

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 26 – Diagnos Inc. said it has terminated a C$1.5 million private placement of units. The offering of 30 million units of one common share and one half-share warrant priced at C$0.05 per unit on Jan. 11.

Based in Brossard, Quebec, Diagnos develops data-mining software used in the fields of health-care, natural resources and entertainment.
