Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 21 - Dia Bras Exploration Inc. said it will take in C$2 million in a non-brokered private placement of units.
The company will sell 25 million units of one common share and one warrant at C$0.08 apiece on a best efforts basis. The warrants are exercisable at C$0.20 for two years.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and working capital.
Based in Montreal, Dia Bras is a precious and base metals exploration company.
