Moody’s: Dexter Axle unaffected on acquisitions

Moody's Investors Service said Dexter Axle Co.’s acquisition of two companies, including Rockwell American, is credit negative but does not impact the company's ratings, including the B2 corporate family rating, B2-PD probability of default rating, B1 senior secured first-lien credit facilities' rating or stable outlook.
