Dexia Credit talks offering of three-year notes for Tuesday pricing

Virginia Beach, Sept. 29 – Dexia Credit Local is planning to price an offering three-year senior notes on Tuesday, according to an informed source.

The notes are talked in the low- to mid-20 basis points area over mid-swaps.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. and Societe Generale are the joint bookrunners.

The regional bank, focusing on sustainable development, is based in Brussels, Belgium.
