Devon Energy to redeem all $350 million of its 7.25% notes due 2011

Knoxville, Tenn., May 25 - Devon Energy Corp. announced it will redeem all $350 million of its 7.25% senior notes due 2011 at par plus interest to, but excluding, June 25, the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. (800 254-2826) is the trustee and paying agent.

Devon Energy is an Oklahoma City-based independent energy company.
