DBRS confirms Devon Energy

DBRS said it confirmed the long- and short-term ratings of Devon Energy Corp. and its subsidiary, Devon Finance Corp., at BBB (high) and R-2 (high), with stable trends.

The ratings reflect the company's strong asset base in North America, strong reserves replacement record and good liquidity profile, the agency said.
