Development Bank of Kazakhstan's five-year dollar notes whispered at mid-swaps plus 400 bps area

Atlanta, Dec. 8 - Development Bank of Kazakhstan whispered its planned benchmark-sized issue of five-year dollar-denominated notes (expected ratings: Baa3/BBB-/BBB-) at the mid-swaps plus 400 basis points area, a market source said.
Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which is expected to price on or before Dec. 10.
Development Bank of Kazakhstan is a lender based in Astana, Kazakhstan.
