Development Bank of Kazakhstan arranges roadshow ahead of sukuk offer

Madison, Wis., June 12 - JSC Development Bank of Kazakhstan has mandated JSC Halyk Finance, HSBC Amanah Malaysia Bhd. and Royal Bank of Scotland Bhd. as joint lead managers and bookrunners for a series of investor meetings beginning on June 12.

The meetings are aimed at investors in Kazakhstan and Malaysia, according to an announcement by Halyk Finance.

Following the roadshow, the bank may issue up to RM 1.5 billion of Islamic medium-term notes, depending on market conditions.

The bank is based in Astana, Kazakhstan.
