Development Bank of Japan talks $1 billion five-year notes at mid-swaps plus low 20 bps area

New York, Jan. 15 - Development Bank of Japan Inc. is talking $1 billion of five-year notes to price late Tuesday morning, an informed source said.

The notes (Aa3/AA-/) have guidance in the low 20 basis points over mid-swaps area, the source said.

Bookrunners are Bank of America Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc.

The financial services and investment company is based in Tokyo.
