S&P rates Developers Diversified notes BB

Standard & Poor's said it assigned a BB rating to Developers Diversified Realty Corp.'s $300 million 7.5% senior unsecured notes due April 2017 with a 3 recovery rating.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt.
