Moody’s rates Deutsche Wohnen short-term issuer P-2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a short-term issuer rating of P-2 to Deutsche Wohnen AG.

The issuer and Eurobonds ratings of A3, as well as the stable outlook, are unchanged.

Moody’s said the Prime-2 ratings reflect the company's: (a) Strong credit standing as reflected in its A3 issuer rating with a stable outlook; and (b) a good liquidity profile resulting from its steady cash flow generation, available cash and committed revolving credit facilities and long dated, well-staggered debt maturities.
