S&P gives A-2 short-term CCR to Deutsche Wohnen

S&P said it assigned its A-2 short-term corporate credit rating to Deutsche Wohnen AG.

The A- long-term corporate credit rating and stable outlook are unchanged.

The A-2 short-term rating reflects the company’s A- long-term rating on and the agency’s view of adequate liquidity profile.

“Deutsche Wohnen's business risk profile, in our opinion, is underpinned by its large portfolio of income-producing residential and nursing properties, worth about €13.5 billion as of Sept. 30, 2016. It is the second largest residential property holding company in Germany,” S&P said in a news release.
