Tupelo, Miss., May 22 – Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (A-) priced $600 million of three-year fixed-rate notes at par to yield 2.5% on Wednesday, according to a market notice.
The issue has a maximum over-allotment option of 5% of the deal total.
The stabilization period on the notes starts on Wednesday and ends on July 1.
Nomura International plc, London Branch, Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and NatWest Markets Securities Inc. are the bookrunners.
Deutsche Pfandbriefbank is a Unterschleissheim, Germany-based bank that specializes in real estate and public sector financing.
