Deutsche Bank files automatic shelf registration

Des Moines, Oct. 10 - Deutsche Bank Corp. filed an automatic shelf registration in an F-3ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers senior debt securities, debt warrants, equity warrants, other warrants, purchase contracts, units, trust preferred securities of Deutsche Bank Capital Funding Trust VIII and company preferred securities of Deutsche Bank Capital Funding LLC VIII. Securities may be structured as convertibles.

The company will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes and to hedge its obligations under the securities.

Based in Frankfurt, Deutsche Bank is a parent company for banks and other financial companies.
