Fitch rates Deutsche Bank London A-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Deutsche Bank AG London Branch (DB London) A-/F1 long- and short-term issuer default ratings, reflecting its branch status as part of the incorporated legal entity Deutsche Bank AG (A-/negative/F1).

The outlook on the long-term issuer default rating is negative.

The agency also assigned DB London a Derivative Counterparty Rating of A(dcr) and long-and short-term deposit ratings of A and F1, respectively. The ratings of debt issued by DB London previously listed under Deutsche Bank AG will now be listed under DB London on Fitch's website.

As a branch, DB London is a fully integrated part of Deutsche Bank AG and is not a separately incorporated legal entity. Its ratings mirror those of Deutsche Bank AG, given that there are no country risk constraints.
