Deutsche to buy back three series of Elements exchange traded notes

New York, Aug. 22 - Deutsche Bank announced the exercise of its repurchase right for all of the following series of its Elements exchange traded notes linked to the Benjamin Graham indexes:

• Elements Benjamin Graham Total Market Value Index-Total Return ETN (NYSE Arca: BVT);

• Elements Benjamin Graham Large Cap Value Index-Total Return ETN (NYSE Arca: BVL); and

• Elements Benjamin Graham Small Cap Value Index-Total Return ETN (NYSE Arca: BSC).

According to a bank news release, holders of the ETNs as of Tuesday will receive a cash payment in an amount equal to the daily repurchase value on that date.

The payment date is anticipated for Aug. 26, and the notes are expected to be suspended from trading on Aug. 25.
