Deutsche to be underwriter for some Elements ETN

New York, March 24 - Deutsche Bank AG announced that it expects to act as the underwriter on future additional issues of some Elements exchange-traded notes.

Affected issues include the:

• Elements linked to the Morningstar Wide Moat Focus Total Return Index;

• Elements linked to the Dow Jones High Yield Select 10 Total Return Index;

• Elements linked to the Benjamin Graham Large Cap Value Index - Total Return;

• Elements linked to the Benjamin Graham Total Market Value Index - Total Return; and

• Elements linked to the Benjamin Graham Small Cap Value Index - Total Return.

All are issued by Deutsche bank and currently have Nuveen and Merrill Lynch & Co. as agents.
