Deutsche Bank to price trust preferred securities at par of $25

Omaha, April 30 - Deutsche Bank Contingent Capital Trust V, a funding subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG, announced Wednesday it will price perpetual trust preferred securities at par of $25, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The issue is expected to price Thursday, a source close to the issue said.

The securities will be callable on or after June 30, 2018.

Bookrunners are Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. and Wachovia Capital Securities LLC.

Co-managers are Banc of America Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and UBS Investment Bank.

The financial services company is based in Frankfurt, Germany.
