Deutsche Bank files automatic shelf covering stock, debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 28 - Deutsche Bank AG filed an automatic shelf registration in an F-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers senior debt securities, debt warrants, equity warrants, other warrants, purchase contracts, units, subordinated guarantees, trust preferred securities of Deutsche Bank Capital Funding Trust XII and company preferred securities of Deutsche Bank Capital Funding LLC XII.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Frankfurt, Deutsche Bank is a parent company for banks and other financial companies.
