Detroit/Wayne County Stadium to price $61.28 million refunding bonds

New York, Aug. 22 - The Detroit/Wayne County Stadium Authority of Michigan plans to sell $61,275,000 of series 2012 Building Authority refunding general obligation bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Baa2/BBB+/BBB+) will be sold through senior managers Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC. The co-manager is Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2026.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority's series 1997 Building Authority general obligation bonds.
