Desc to establish certificados de bursatiles program to refinance MTNs

Pittsburgh, April 15 - Desc SA de CV said it intends to establish a program to issue certificados de bursatiles to refinance its medium-term notes issued in 1999 and 2000.

Desc is a Mexico City-based industrial group.
