Mexico's Desarrolladora Homex marketing $250 million 10-year notes

St. Louis, Dec. 7 - Mexican homebuilder Desarrolladora Homex SAB is expected to price a $250 million offering of 10-year senior unsecured notes (Ba3/BB-) this week, according to an informed source.

Credit Suisse and HSBC are leading the Rule 144A and Regulation S for life deal.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.
