Derwent London completes £100 million note placement with New York Life

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 9 - Derwent London plc completed a private placement of £100 million fixed-rate unsecured notes with New York Life, according to a company news release.
The notes were issued as £25 million of 4.41% 15-year series A notes and £75 million of 4.68% 20-year series B notes.
As previously reported, proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
The issue was announced in November.
Derwent London is a London-based real estate investment trust.
