Fitch gives A+ rating to Denver airport bonds

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A+ rating to $85 million series 2008B airport system revenue bonds issued by the city and county of Denver for Denver International Airport.

The series 2008B (AMT) bonds will refund and defease series 2005C1-C2.

Fitch also affirmed the underlying A+ rating on the city's approximately $4.2 billion in outstanding airport system revenue bonds.

The outlook is stable.
