Denver Health & Hospital's 2007B bonds to be exchanged for 2009A bonds

Milwaukee, Dec. 15 - Denver Health and Hospital Authority is offering to exchange all its health care revenue bonds, series 2007B, due 2033 for series 2009A bonds.

The authority said that each $1,000 of 2007B bonds will be tendered for $680 of series 2009A bonds.

The exchange offer expires Dec. 17.
