New York, Sept. 24 - The City and County of Denver plans to price $90 million in series 2010 master resolution water revenue bonds on Tuesday, said a preliminary official statement.

The sale will include series 2010A tax-exempt bonds and series 2010B Build America Bonds, but the exact breakdown was unavailable Friday.

The bonds (Aa1/AAA/AAA) will be sold competitively with Piper Jaffray & Co. as the financial adviser.

Proceeds will be used to fund water system improvements, including the acquisition of land, easements, water rights, facilities and equipment.
