Fitch rates Denver justice system facilities bonds AA+

Fitch Ratings said it gave an AA+ rating to City and County of Denver, Colo.'s $174.1 million of general obligation justice system facilities bonds, series 2008.

The outlook is stable.

The bonds are scheduled to sell by negotiation on Feb. 6.

Fitch also affirmed it AA+ rating on $486.4 million of G.O. bonds and its AA rating on $418.1 million of certificates of participation.
