Germany’s Demire to price €270 million five-year notes on Wednesday

Portland, Ore., July 10 – Demire Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG plans to price €270 million of five-year senior secured notes (Ba2/BB+) on Wednesday, according to a market source.

Deutsche Bank is the lead bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The notes come with two years of call protection.

The Frankfurt-based real estate company plans to use the proceeds to repay debt.
