Deluxe Entertainment plan confirmation hearing scheduled for Oct. 24

Pittsburgh, Oct. 9 – Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc.’s combined Chapter 11 plan confirmation and disclosure statement hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 24, according to an order filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Objections to the plan and disclosure statement must be filed by 5 p.m. ET on Oct. 21.

Plan votes must also be submitted by 5 p.m. ET on Oct. 21.

Deluxe is a Los Angeles-based provider of digital asset creation, management and distribution services. The company filed bankruptcy on Oct. 3 under Chapter 11 case number 19-23774.
