Deluxe Entertainment to repay bank debt with notes proceeds

New York, Oct. 1 - Deluxe Entertainment Services plans to refinance bank debt using proceeds from a $600 million first-lien notes offering, according to a market source.

Deluxe Entertainment is a Hollywood, Calif.-based digital cinema services company.
