Delta Petroleum to launch $150 million 10-year notes Tuesday

St. Louis, Feb. 28 - Delta Petroleum Corp. will launch its $150 million offering of 10-year senior notes (B3/B) in a roadshow beginning Tuesday, according to an informed source.

The roadshow is scheduled to conclude on March 10, with pricing expected to follow the same day.

JP Morgan and Citigroup will be joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering, which will have registration rights.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

Delta Petroleum is a Denver-based oil and gas exploration and development company.
