Moody's cuts Delta 2 loans

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded the bank loan ratings of Delta 2 (Lux) Sarl to B1 from Ba3.

At the same time, Moody's assigned B2 corporate family and probability of default ratings to Delta Loan Note Nominee Ltd. (to be renamed Delta Debtco Ltd.) and withdrew the Ba3 corporate family rating and B1 probability of default rating of Alpha Topco Ltd.

The outlook is stable.
