Moody’s ups Delphi Automotive to Baa2

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded the senior unsecured ratings of Delphi Automotive plc to Baa2 from Baa3.

Delphi Automotive is the ultimate parent company of Delphi Corp.

The outlook was revised to stable from positive.

Moody’s said the upgrade recognizes the company's strong competitive position as an automotive supplier on product experiencing increasing content per vehicle, strong credit metrics and disciplined financial policies.
