Moody's upgrades Delphi loans, notes to Baa2, Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it raised the corporate family and probability of default ratings of Delphi Corp. to Ba1 from Ba2.

In a related action, Moody's raised the ratings on Delphi's senior secured credit facilities and senior unsecured notes to Baa2 and Ba2, respectively.

The speculative grade liquidity rating was affirmed at SGL-2.

The outlook is stable.

Delphi's technology leadership, strong customer and geographic diversity and low cost structure support its competitive position in the automotive parts supplier industry, Moody's said.
