Db X-trackers Municipal Infrastructure Revenue Bond ETF to launch

San Luis Obispo, Calif., May 23 - DBX ETF Trust announced its plans to offer the db X-trackers Municipal Infrastructure Revenue Bond ETF, according to a 497K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund will seek investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the DBIQ Municipal Infrastructure Revenue Bond index, which is designed to track the returns of the segment of the US. long-term tax-exempt bond market consisting of infrastructure revenue bonds. The index is comprised of tax-exempt municipal securities issued by states, cities, counties, districts, their respective agencies and other tax-exempt issuers.

Philip G. Condon, Ashton P. Goodfield, Blair Ridley and Michael J. Generazo are the portfolio managers.

The fund will trade on the NYSE Arca under the ticker symbol "RVNU."

Total annual operating expenses will be 0.3%, which consists solely of a management fee.

DBX Advisors LLC will be the investment adviser to the fund.
