Moody's: Dayton Superior up to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Dayton Superior Corp.'s ratings and changed the outlook to stable from negative.

Moody's affirmed Dayton Superior's B3 rated $165 million 10¾% guaranteed senior secured second-lien notes due 2008, Caa2 rated $155 million 13% guaranteed senior subordinated global notes due 2009, B3 senior implied rating and Caa1 issuer rating.

Moody's said the change in ratings outlook to stable from negative reflects the belief that the company's financial performance is currently improving.
