Quercus sells more than 374,000 shares of DayStar Technologies

Charlotte, N.C., April 14 - The Quercus Trust reduced its stake in DayStar Technologies, Inc. to 9.9% from 11.2%.

Quercus sold 374,172 shares of DayStar between March 14 and April 10 priced from $2.51 to $3.75 per share, it was reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On March 17, Quercus reported the sale of 324,683 DayStar shares between Feb. 25 and March 13 priced from $2.41 to $3.58, a prior SEC filing stated.

Quercus owns 3,252,970 shares of the Halfmoon, N.Y., photovoltaic products company.
